Xavier Polisetty, a Junior at Cistercian Preparatory School, will be reading his paper “Attempted Victor-ies Over Nature: Overreaches in Frankenstein and Rime of the Ancient Mariner” at the 2017 Frankenstein Colloquium

Xavier Polisetty is currently a Junior at Cistercian Preparatory School and has attended Cistercian since seventh grade. In addition to American and World history, he enjoys science and math. He is part of the Cistercian Quiz Bowl team and is one of the founding members of the Cistercian Rosary Club. He volunteers through the Young Men Service League to serve the Irving and Dallas communities. He plays soccer for Cistercian and is a referee for the Grapevine Southlake Soccer Association. He is a member in Boy Scout Troop 7 and recently attained the rank of Eagle Scout. He is a lawyer and witness for the Cistercian Mock Trial team in addition to being an integral part of the newly created Cistercian Robotics Club.

Xavier will be presenting his paper “Attempted Victor-ies Over Nature” during the 1st block in Session B, titled “Frankenstein: A Narrative About Overreachers.”  The session will take place on the upper floor of the Library at 9:10am.
