Emily Dendle, Sophomore at Parish Episcopal School, will reading her paper “Is Nature a Place of Refuge or a Place of Savagery?” at the 2017 Frankenstein Colloquium

Emily Dendle, Class of 2019
Emily Dendle is a sophomore in her second year at Parish School. Emily can generally be found quietly doodling, reading, or listening to music. Outside of school, Emily enjoys working with animals. She volunteers at both Equest and the Humane Society. For fun, she rides in the dressage program at Rocking M Stables.

Emily will be presenting her paper “Is Nature a Place of Refuge or a Place of Savagery?” during the 2nd block in Session I, which is titled “Romanticism and Nature in Frankenstein.”  Her presentation will take place in the Lower School Music Room on the 1st floor of the Fine Arts building.
