Elli Dassopoulos, a Freshman at Greenhill School, will be presenting her paper “Moral Monstrosity in Frankenstein” at the 2017 Frankenstein Colloquium

Elli Dassopoulos, Class of 2020
Elli Dassopoulos is a 9th grader at Greenhill School, which she has been attending since 7th grade. She is her grade's secretary and loves to help better her community through volunteer work. Prior to reading it in her English class, Elli had no knowledge about Frankenstein, but quickly feel in love with its heartwrenching story and timeless themes. She decided to write about "moral monstrosity" in the book, including its origins, its effects, and her opinions on them. In her free time, she loves to play the piano, cook, watch films, draw, and learn about different languages and cultures. She looks forward to presenting her essay at the colloquium at Oakridge School!

Elli will be reading her paper “Moral Monstrosity in Frankenstein” during the 3rd block in Session B, titled “Monsters, Mechanical Men, and the Other.”  Her presentation will take place on the upper floor of the Library at 1:15pm.
